We are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team here in Dubai! Do you have at least three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:
- Work independently and hire specifically for Signature Living in the fit-out industry.
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process from the initial point of contact to the offer phase.
- Maintain candidate information in database, capturing important information, screening applications.
- Develop and nurture pipeline of local and global talent
- Work closely with the Human Resources Manager in designing and implementing new initiatives to attract talent and to gain a competitive advantage.
- Run analyses of the recruitment and onboarding processes to help improve effectiveness
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and a fair and adherent hiring practices are followed by periodically reviewing the complete process.
- Conducts general research to help identify relevant target companies and talent pools
Qualifications
Your Experience Will Include:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a field of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
