When the client approached us to renovate their villa at Palma Residence on Palm Jumeirah, their dream was clear: to create an elegant yet child-friendly home where they could raise their growing family. They envisioned a space that blended sophistication with practicality, accommodating the needs of their newborns without sacrificing style.
The transformation began with the bathrooms. We opted for sleek, durable fixtures that are easy to clean and safe for children, incorporating soft-close cabinets and non-slip surfaces. The design maintains a luxurious feel with elegant tiling and soothing lighting, making bath time serene for both parents and babies.
In the living room, we focused on creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The furniture is both chic and functional, with rounded edges and stain-resistant fabrics. The layout encourages family time, with plenty of space for play mats and toys, yet it retains a refined aesthetic that's perfect for hosting guests.
